Our Story
We are passionate about supporting trainers and owners with our focus on delivering the best service both prior to and on race days. With years of experience in the industry, we are dedicated to making racing safer and happier for all involved.
Established in October 2021, C & J Equine was the start of a new era, with a move from Wiltshire to Newmarket marking a big change for the team.
Having worked in the industry since leaving school, Craig realised it was time to make his own way and the relocation to Suffolk gave an added bonus of placing him at the heart of British racing and close to many of his core clients.
2022 then saw the move to Bury St Edmunds, to premises with paddocks and stabling which are being re-developed to enable a residential offering for the trickier cases.
Our Expertise
With years of experience in the horse racing industry, our team has a wealth of knowledge and expertise both in the practical work with horses through to the planning and logistics needed to keep the team on the road.
Craig is well known by trainers all over the UK for his skill with schooling horses who have issues with loading into starting stalls as well as resolving general behavioural issues, whether it be under saddle or loading onto horseboxes.
Donna and Suzanne both have many years of experience in the industry and are well placed to liaise with trainers, owners and racecourses in planning yard call outs and racecourse support throughout the UK and Europe including the staging of UK Race Day Trials.
