Meet The Team

Initially Craig intended to train to be a carpenter, but on leaving school, decided working with horses would be more exciting!

With over 20 years hands-on experience in this field, some of Craig's most memorable achievements have been assisting the likes of Sea The Stars, Battaash, Lord North, Shaquille, Mishriff, King Of Steel, Vandeek and Khaadem

Jake was working with Ben Pauling when Craig first discovered that he had a natural way with horses. 

After assisting Craig for a couple of years, both with ridden and stalls work, Jake joined Craig with the move to Newmarket. 

With many point-to-points under his belt, he is still often seen out on the hunting field or team chasing when not busy travelling up and down the country.  

Craig, or as he is often referred to, "Little Craig" has been working with Craig for many years.  

Being based in the south of England means he is mostly seen at the racecourses within easy reach of Salisbury.

Donna is the first port of call for our clients, as well as being Craig's wife, she is responsible for the day to day schedule for the team, be it for yard call outs or on racecourses.

Having previously held a jockey's licence, riding winners in England, Ireland and France, Donna is well versed in the industry and is well known to our clients.

With over 35 years experience in business management, Suzanne is responsible for all aspects of the company's administration, financial and organisational systems. 

She was instrumental in setting up the systems for planning for the team schedule, including the Race Day Trials.
